Beyoncé Drops ‘Brown Skin Girl‘ Video Featuring Naomi Campbell, Lupita Nyong’o, and Kelly Rowland. Track also includes her daughter – Blue Ivy, WizKid and SAINt JHN.
Beyoncé dropped the video on Good Morning America on Monday, and stated, “It was so important to me in ‘Brown Skin Girl’ that we represented all different shades of brown.†She also said, “We wanted every character to be shot in a regal light — Jenn Nkiru came up with the black debutantes. It was important that we are all in this together and we’re all celebrating each other.†Nkiru added: “My greatest inspiration comes from black people, specifically black women.â€
