For more than 16 years Chef Rose and her staff has been meeting and exceeding the expectations of clients in Dallas, surrounding areas and abroad with catering and event planning services.
Chef Rose not only has catering experience, but for several years was the Operations Manager for the services rendered at the DeGolyer Garden Café (now known as the DeGolyer House) inside the Dallas Arboretum where the Lunch, Wine Flights and High Tea’s where bragged about all over Texas. For years Chef Rose has served as private chef and property manager for Bishop T.D. Jakes and family. Honored by this experience she was introduced to a new level of meal preparation, event planning, as well as business.
It is practically impossible to work under the tutelage of Bishop & First Lady Jakes and not desire more from life. Chef Rose then watched another dream come true… Café RAAZ was opened in the Historic Town Square in Lancaster, Texas where we provided great food, a quaint, cozy, peaceful atmosphere to enjoy lunch for over 4 years until the building we leased was sold. Stay tuned the new location is coming until then we will continue to provide GREAT catering, private chef and event planning services.
